6. Rights and obligations

The partiesThe User may:

7. Liability of the parties

The administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, unless the User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, international carriers, courier services, postal organizations (including electronic), telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order of the User issued on the Logistic Customs Service website, including Delivery Services, documentation or e-mail messages, as well as when the Personal Data of the User can be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and this Privacy Policy.
In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

8. Dispute resolution

Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to present a claim (a written proposal or proposals in electronic form for a voluntary settlement of the dispute). The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the applicant in writing or in electronic form about the results of consideration of the claim. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional conditions

The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Logistics Customs Service website, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
