6. Rights and obligations
The partiesThe User may:

8. Dispute resolution

The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the applicant in writing or in electronic form about the results of consideration of the claim. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
9. Additional conditions
The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Logistics Customs Service website, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
